What MMP Does
​
Medical Management Professionals brings the physicians who need clinical pathology results for their patients together with a laboratory within a hospital that can perform the analysis. MMP assists the hospital with staffing and equipment if necessary and also helps coordinate the services so that the needs of the physician and patient are met.

In sum, MMP connects the hospital laboratories that can perform consistent and timely analysis of samples with the physicians and patients that desperately need results.
Specific Services of MMP
Promotion of Lab Services: MMP meets with physicians and wellness centers in order to stimulate orders for labs from the hospitals that are contracted with MMP. MMP also follows up with all inquiries from potential customers and physician offices, and will promptly handle all correspondence and personal contact with the potential customers including on-boarding and start-up of new customers.
Education of Prospective Customers: MMP educates the prospective customers, including the healthcare provider community as a whole, as to (i) how to incorporate Lab Services into their respective practices, (ii) the benefits to both the provider and the patient of utilizing Lab Services, and (iii) the recommended administration of Lab Services by physicians, other healthcare providers and their staff.
Account Management: MMP assists the hospital in establishing an account for all new customers and provides support to the hospital in maintaining accurate and up to date accounts for all new customers, including ensuring that the hospital has correct and complete information with respect to each new physician customer and each individual patient.
Operational Assistance/tracking/delivery of specimens:
MMP also provides assistance to the hospital in properly managing each customer by performing the day-to-day logistical oversight and support with respect to monitoring and/or tracking specimens.
Customer Complaints:
MMP promptly reports all complaints to the Physician and/or the hospital and will work to resolve the complaints as soon as possible with all parties.
Billing Assistance

MMP offers hospitals assistance with billing for sample testing. With MMP's experience with billing and its highly trained staff, MMP can help turn laboratory analysis into revenue.
