MMP puts doctors, patients and a hospital laboratories together in order to prevent disease and increase the wellness of patients across Texas.  

Logistics

MMP provides assistance to the hospital in properly managing each customer by performing the day-to-day logistical oversight and support by monitoring and tracking specimens and all the paperwork related to the requisition of such laboratory testing.

Marketing/Sales

MMP meets with physicians and wellness centers and promotes the laboratory services of the hospital.  MMP also follows up with all inquiries from potential customers and physician offices, and will promptly handle all correspondence and personal contact with the potential customers including on-boarding and start-up of new customers so that transitions are as painless as possible.

Customer Service

MMP educates the prospective customers, including the healthcare provider community as a whole, as to (i) how to incorporate Lab Services into their respective practices, (ii) the benefits to both the provider and the patient of utilizing Lab Services, and (iii) the recommended administration of Lab Services by physicians, other healthcare providers and their staff.  MMP also handles all of the customer and patient complaints and works to resolve disputes quickly.
